These classes give you the tools to drop you into your body and regulate your nervous system by observe sensation and diminishing stress in your physical body and mind. Through the guided directions of the class, you learn to redirect your mind and move emotions through your body so that you don’t get stuck in mental or emotional conflict. The movement, breathwork and mindset tools that you learn, help you to remain centered and resilient.

The class focus is on experiencing different forms of movement that apply to the movement of your life, Each movement and breath technique, is a practical skill that you can implement in your day, to handle stressful situations and other experiences with greater flow.
Students learn to navigate being in their body and being in charge of their mind, as they become move proficient in practical movement and breathing skills to navigate their day, handling stress well.
These classes are great for team building and improving communication on work or family teams.
