About Me

My Mind/Body Transformation System is for people who want to be and feel youthful as you age. At 63, I enjoy living life fully, being agile, focused and feeling great in my body. The tools I find most effective are rejuvenating movement, nourishing breath work, corrective exercises and mindset practices.

The skills I have build over the past 30 years enable me to have worked with hundreds of individuals and groups, helping them build their energy and agility in their body, along with mental sharpness and emotional stability in their mind.

I’m here to guide you on a journey toward optimal health and vitality. I use holistic approaches that nurture every aspect of your well-being. I’m a graduate of SWIHA, building thousands of hours of study in methods such as Jin Shin Jyutsu, Ortho Bionomy structural balancing, Corrective Exercises, Holistic Dynamic Movement and Embodied Self Leadership.

As a life long learner and teacher, my passion is to share with you, how to cultivate sustainable energy levels, enhance physical agility and to move with grace and strength.

I live with my family  in Scottsdale, Arizona, where I also have my private studio and professional practice. My family includes my husband of 35 years and two beautiful adult daughters.
